  • Routine Screenings: Pap smear (if needed), mammogram orders (if needed), general health labs, and mental/emotional health screenings.

  • Hormonal & Menstrual Workup: Evaluation and targeted labs for irregular periods, heavy periods, and PMOS.

  • Pelvic Floor & Bladder Care: Assessment for bladder incontinence and direct referrals for pelvic floor physical therapy.

  • Sexual Health: Screenings and targeted care for sexual health and sexual concerns.

  • Diagnostics & Interventions: Pelvic ultrasound orders, medications, supplements, and specialist referrals (if needed).

Primary Care Membership

Duration: 60 mins

Price: $40 per month

  • Perimenopause & Menopause: Hormonal symptom management, HRT/MHT evaluation, hot flash relief, and long-term bone/cardiovascular health tracking.

  • Mental Health: Screening, diagnosis, and ongoing management (psychotherapy coordination and medication if needed) for anxiety, depression, and mood shifts.

  • Weight Management: Metabolic health assessments, individualized weight loss strategies, and medical weight management options.

  • Thyroid Dysfunction: Diagnostic lab testing (TSH, Free T4/T3, antibodies) and ongoing medication management for hypo/hyperthyroidism.

  • Natural Fertility: Ovulation tracking, cycle optimization, baseline preconception labs, and natural conception planning.

  • Acute Prescriptions: Birth control pills, injections, ring, or patch.

  • Procedures & Referrals: Consultations and referrals for long-acting reversible contraception (IUDs/Implants).

  • Infection Management: Testing and treatment for UTIs, yeast infections, and bacterial vaginosis (BV).

  • Sexual Health: Comprehensive STI screening, diagnosis, and treatment.
